ual Harment with my boss at work that leads to me kissing her and sleeping with her at my own home?

Hi I'm a 19 year old man and I work at my city's library.I love my job and i love all the people that i work with....My female boss who is really nice to me but i can tell she always flirts with me.......she is fatt and ugly and she's about in her late 40's. Anyway when i was putting boxes away with her...she grabed me and brought me to a closet and she said that in order to keep my job and get a promotion....i had to pleasure in any way....and i was caught up in the moment and i said whatever i can do to keep my job....and she started kissing me on the lips and it felt really gross but i went along with it and we were in the closet kissing and making out for about 15 minutes....she was enjoying it and i was trying to please her......anyways after that....she said good work.....and also since i moved out and have my own place....she even showed up at my place and she said remember our agreement....so i even had to sleep with her....i don't what i have done...can some please help me?
