Continuance without a finding in Machusetts ----- What does it mean? What effect will it have on my future?

If you were interviewing with my law firm, this would not concern me. You were younger then and made some errors in judgment. I'd actually find some value in your experience with the criminal justice system and would direct you to client interviews with folks accused of a crime. I do not think this will hurt you. Attorneys can be admitted to the bar with this background. It shows strength of character in compliance with the terms of probation. I suggest you raise the issue first if you can. It shows honesty and shows you recognize it is an issue that should be considered and addressed.
