Why don't people answer their cellphones ?Why have one if you don't answer?

Just because you have a cellphone doesn't mean you have to answer it. Maybe you should have a second number for people that you may need to get in contact with incase of an emergency that way you don't have to wait for them to call back or answer you have other means of contacting them.
