Embaressing Cysts on !?

A couple sebaceous cysts appeared on my a while ago (im 16). They dont bother me, but they are EXTREMELY embarressing for me. Not bragging but im a kid that quite a few girls want to hook up with but im really embarressed about these things. I went to the derm and he said they can remove them with a quick little procedure. I ******* hate surgeries and needles. I get so paranoid and anxious about them that i need to get benzos pumped into me so i dont have a panic attack before i go under. I just want these cysts gone for good so i can feel like i dont have a ******* STD. I hate this! Idk what to do!
