Its all I can think about... what do i do?

well I am 12 almost 13 and I have this guy friend who is 15 and he says im hot and stuff and last time we hung out when no1 else was looking he wud grab my *** and stuff then he pulled me real close like he was guna kiss me but then didnt cuz some1 told us it was time to go back to their house so he was like "damnit" then at the house he layed ontop of me and put his face rite on mine and our lips were rly rly close but we didnt quite kiss yet cuz he wanted me to (he told me this aftr so i didnt know) and wen iwas sittin by my friend he sat bside me and reached ovr lik he was huggin me thn slipped his hand under neath me and felt my *** for a long time... its all i have been thinking about lately.. i kind of like him.. but idk wat to do...what shud ido? is this ok? help me out wit all of it! plz
