Your favorite dish that your Mum made growing up?

I'm Mexican so it was crunchy rolled tacos with a little sour cream n crumbly Mexican cheese (cotija) then very thinly sliced cabbage, onions, radishes, slices of avocado and a hard boiled egg. All this was put in a bowl then hot chicken broth flavored with chipotle chiles and with small cubes of potatoes was poured over it. After the broth was poured I always pulled out the tacos cuz I like mine crunchy not soggy ;) then I would take a bite of taco n a spoonful of broth. So good, it's my favorite dish ever. It comes from Guerrero, a southern state Mexico. I'm sure my mom makes them better than anyone!!
