Could this be my first period? HELP I am so scared and confused?!?

It could be the start. Its normal and don't be freaked out. Ask your Mom. Its not as embarring as you think it will be to ask. But its normal to have a "false start." Meaning you will spot (like the spot on your underwear) before actually getting your period. It may be a day or two before it really happens. Keep a pad in your back pack or purse. Good luck!
