Pakistan has sharia law concerning and 80% of the women and girls in prison there are victims that couldn't provide the mandatory 4 muslim males that watched the in order to prove under sharia law; the rapist will be punished by death if force on the victim is proven. now! how can ''force on the victim be proven? the answer must surely rank as one of the most insane laws in human history. proof of zina [adultry or zina, bil-jabr [] liable to hadd shall be one of the following. the accused makes a confession or there is at least 4 muslim adult males witnesses that watched the and saw . ''punishment will take place. when zina or rape have been proven by witnesses; sharia law rejects the witness of women in hudood cases. it will also not allow blood test, dna testing or even a video of the rape. only 4 muslim males in good standing that watched can prove rape under sharia law be proven. so how many think it might be wrong to kill and in-prison these women who go to the police for help, just to find themselves in prison for being rape?. most of the police in pakistan want even take a rape report because of sharia law they live under. so how many agree that this is wrong and no woman or girl should have to live under sharia law? some people will say this is wrong that this is not sharia law and i have never looked anything up in my life and will say i only want to believe in lies but if anyone wants more proof google ''rape laws in pakistan''. we need all the help we can get to bring this country into the 21th century.
