I'd really like to learn to make tortillas BUT my husband and I have recently learned we are allergic to eat wheat, rice, soy, or peas so every recipe I have found either has rice flour or soy flour or chickpea flour and those really won't work. I tried sorghum flour but the dough was really soft and wouldn't flatten without breaking so please please help!!! We are desperate for a simple wrap sandwhich as each meal requires a lot of cooking right now.
