Mip in Oregon can i get this dismissed please help!?

Im 18 and just last week I was driving to my friends house where I had just been to take another friend home. As I was driving down the street to my final destination I drove by an SUV cop who u-turned (I was speeding) and pulled into the parking lot i pulled into. I immediately got out of my car as did he (never turned his sirens on) he asked me why i was going so fast, and then asked for my registration. He then asked if I had drank, I said no and he made me do an eye test, and straight line test, and a balance test. I believe i ped all 3, but the officer still said he had reason to believe I had been drinking and said he could give me a dui but instead he'd give me an m.i.p. he asked me again about drinking and nervously I mutterd that I had 2 beers. He wrote me up and let me carry on with my night. I was never breathalyazed, and no alcohol was found on me or in my car. I was shakey from being nervous and first, and never mentioned that the last beer i had consumed was over 5 and half hours ago, I feel as though the officer had pressured me with the close threat to a d.u.i, i feel like i really got screwed for drinking even though i tried to be as safe as possible as i was not inebriated in no way. Is there any possibility of getting this dropped?
