Ipod Touch Help Pleasee?

So about 3 days ago i was playing an ipod touch game, while i was in the bath (silly, i know), and it fell mostly in for about 3/4 a second. Right when it fell in, it immediatley turned black. But from closer look, it still had a very faint apple logo in it. Then i immediately tried to dry it with a hairdryer (I dont know if that was a good idea or not, but i was just trying to think fast), then later that night, the screen went completely blank. So i put it in a bowl of rice and its been in there for the past 3 days but it still wont turn on. Ive tried to put it on the charger, but i onl put it on there for about 10 seconds each time so i dont know if i should leave it on the charger or what. my brothers got dropped into a swimming pool for about 2 minutes and it works just fine now with slight water damage. I only dropped mine in a little over half for almost a second. What should I do???????????????
