Christians: Can you please explain how the concept of original sin ties in with women suffering in childbirth?

Because since the first man and women did what God told him not to do, and also lied about it so God gave a punishment, and one of the punishment says that women/females will have labor pain, and other curses. Its all found in Genesis Chapter 3 verses14-19.... I hope I helped.
